Yesterday I played around with wire armatures... why? because they allow more strength and planning with the figures, and best of all for me allow me to make standing figures which are also stronger during shipping. Check out this youtube video of a bunch of clips of me during this process.

swoosh
So today I went to the art store and spent lots and lots of money. I am going to create this figure which will be coated in some sort of resin to alter the texture, the figure must be expressive so I am going to have to take the care and time to make a wire skeleton (armature) for her first, to be covered by her flesh so that she can support herself as she cannot sit or lie down, she must be upright and arms OUT! I see her in my mind, but she will come into physical reality soon. Im thinking about making several video clips and sewing them together to make a minimentary about the process creatively, that is not only the techniques but also the thoughts and ideas, and extreme satisfaction that come with creating.

Hmm... love thy neighbor as what now? as you love yourself! Wow, I think this is my new theme, I mean, it totally goes with all this metaphysical self-love information, plus what better thing to put out to the universe but self love which can be misunderstood as arrogance or stuck-upness, so I am going to word it like this: "Love Thyself" what do you think?
Im gonna put this slogan on everything starting with the last sculpture.
What better place than the portruding belly... the incubation of love for another can be the chamber for self love.
