Who lives/has a studio at 82 Bond Street?

Who? What artist has a home/studio at 82 Bond street in Brooklyn New York at State and Bond? I only broadcast this location because its obvious the artist wants attention, if only to their work. I passed by this place yesterday with its sculpture prominently displayed in the window for all passer-by's to see. Clay? Plaster? Who knows, but it is highly detailed and reminds me of something Tim Burton would create. Very interesting figures, there were many intricately carved/sculpted figures on the floor at this location as well.
